Mandate

Segregated discretionary mandates

Institutional clients can access our SA and global growth & innovation strategies through a segregated discretionary mandate, managed under our Category II FSP licence.

Honeycomb pattern of a concrete office facade.

A segregated mandate holds the client’s assets in their own name with an independent custodian, and Effectus manages the portfolio on a discretionary basis against an agreed investment policy, benchmark and risk limits.

Effectus secured its first institutional mandate in 2018 and has added institutional mandates since. Mandate terms, fees and minimums are agreed per client.

Effectus is an FSCA-authorised Category II discretionary FSP (FSP 50016). This page is factual information, not advice. Product documents are available on request from our team .
