An actively managed growth and quality strategy investing in South African companies with a structural, long-term earnings growth outlook.
A top-down view identifies the structural trends underlying the South African economy. A bottom-up process then identifies the companies best positioned to benefit, with a sustainable technological advantage or innovation edge.
Every holding is chosen stock by stock. Our ITD framework decides which companies we research, valuation decides what we pay, and the ESG-MOAT scorecard and valuation upside set how much we hold. The strategy is long-only and is offered in unconstrained and benchmark-constrained forms; in the benchmark-constrained form, no position can be more than three percentage points above its benchmark weight.
